Join our team as a facilities Manager in a dynamic Call Centre environment where you will be able to maximise efficiency, ensure smooth operations and elevate the workplace experience!
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of TSA’s premises and property requirements, including premises security, maintenance, and upgrades to meet our growing organisation's needs.
The Role:
Facilities Coordinator plans, organises, delivers, and supports all Facilities Services on behalf of TSA and ensures the efficient and effective provision of these services. The facilities Coordinator has responsibility for the TSA premises and property needs in Australia inclusive of security of premises, maintenance and enhancement of all properties to the agreed organisational standards.
What you’ll do:
- Demonstrate ownership & proactiveness for any facility-related issues observed
- Supervise and enforce the process for facilities management.
- Adhere to facility policies by contractors and onsite staff
- Manage the facilities management function
- Ensure that Facilities Applications development is robust and meets production standards.
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- liaise and coordinate with 3rd party contractors
- Financial recording for all maintenance costs
- Aid in the Development and Implementation of standardised security levels at all of TSA sites. Including Building Locks, Access, Security Cameras, ID cards
- Manage day-to-day issues in relation to Queensland TSA property facilities, as well as assisting with administrative duties regarding our offices in our other states.
- Involved with sustainability initiatives and reporting
What will set you apart from the rest?
- Exceptional organisational and computer literacy skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiating skills
- Experience managing & coordinating with 3rd party contractors
- Finance management experience
- HSE knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the building trade, what it takes to get things done and what is fair and reasonable from a pricing perspective
- Ideally, 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Ideally, experience with sustainability practices, initiatives and reporting
