At TSA, we're looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to become a trusted commercial partner to our Operations, Workforce Management, Finance, Executive and Group Leadership teams. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape strategic decisions, drive profitability, influence commercial negotiations, and deliver the financial insights that guide our business forward.
Reporting to the Head of Commercials, you'll own the commercial performance of key client programs, lead forecasting and financial modelling activities, support major client negotiations, and help evolve our financial planning capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing
Commercial Business Partnering
- Act as the commercial lead for assigned client programs.
- Partner closely with Operations, Workforce Management and Finance leaders to drive profitable outcomes.
- Translate financial data into clear recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Identify emerging commercial risks and opportunities before they impact performance.
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Build robust financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning.
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis and commercial insights to Executive and Group Leadership teams.
- Monitor financial performance and provide proactive recommendations to improve profitability.
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Develop and present monthly commercial performance packs.
- Analyse revenue, costs, margins and operational drivers.
- Help leaders understand performance trends and the actions required to improve outcomes.
- Drive accountability through data-led decision making.
Pricing, Contracts & Commercial Negotiations
- Develop pricing models for new business opportunities, RFPs, contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Support and lead commercial discussions relating to rate cards, SLAs, rebates, penalties and change requests.
- Evaluate commercial risks and ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.
- Contribute to client presentations and bid reviews as the commercial subject matter expert.
Workforce & Operational Partnership
- Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams on capacity planning and resource optimisation.
- Monitor staffing efficiency, utilisation, shrinkage and margin performance.
- Ensure commercial considerations are embedded into operational decision-making.
Financial Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Support and enhance TSA's Prophix financial planning and reporting platform.
- Drive automation, reporting improvements and process efficiencies.
- Help build scalable commercial reporting capabilities across the organisation.
Leadership & Team Contribution
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative commercial team culture.
- Share knowledge, celebrate success and help elevate team capability.

About You
You'll bring a strong blend of commercial thinking, analytical capability and stakeholder influence.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in Commercial Analysis, FP&A, Financial Modelling, Pricing or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within a contact centre, BPO or services-based business.
- Understanding of operational performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, CSAT and workforce planning concepts.
- Experience linking operational drivers to financial outcomes and profitability.
- Exposure to financial planning systems such as Prophix.
- Experience working closely with Operations, Workforce Management and client-facing teams.
