Job Responsibilities

What will your normal day look like:

As a Commercial Systems Analyst (Prophix Expertise), you will manage and enhance our Prophix platform while supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis. Working closely with the Head of Commercials, you'll deliver financial insights, improve system capabilities, and drive data-driven decision-making across the business. 

What will your normal day look like:

• Administer, maintain, and enhance the Prophix platform
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare variance analysis and commercial insights
• Build and maintain Prophix models, workflows, and reports
• Investigate system issues and implement enhancements
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation
• Manage indirect expense forecasting and incentive processes
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Payroll teams
• Provide Prophix training and user support
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting compliance

Qualifications

What you'll do:

Essential

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Analyst, Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with Prophix administration and support
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of finance, payroll, and reporting data flows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• Experience in BPO, shared services, or contact centre environments
• Experience with Prophix modules and finance system integrations
• Background in commercial finance, pricing, workforce management, or systems analysis
• Relevant qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business, IT, or Data Analytics
