The Role
This is a high-impact analytical role responsible for building campaign reporting, translating BI outputs into clear, actionable insights, and driving measurable improvements across a KPI-driven environment.
Working closely with Operations and Tech/Dialler teams, you will play a key role in improving reporting integrity, operational efficiency, and performance outcomes through forecasting, stakeholder packs and strategic insights.
What you will do:
• Reporting & Data Ownership: Build, maintain, and automate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reporting.
• Performance Insights & Analysis: Analyse BI data to identify trends, explain outcomes, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Streamline reporting processes, close performance gaps, and implement operational efficiencies.
• Dialler & Technical Coordination: Support and optimise dialler operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate campaign updates.
• Stakeholder Packs & Forecasting: Create client-ready packs, align reporting to KPIs, and provide forecasting insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present insights and commentary clearly to leaders and stakeholders, ensuring follow-through on actions.
About You
• Highly detail-oriented with strong data integrity standards
• A confident communicator who can simplify complex data into clear narratives
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and identifying risks early
• A practical problem-solver who moves seamlessly between data, process, and technology
• Organised and self-managed, capable of juggling multiple deadlines
Key Skills & Experience
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or equivalent) for reporting, dashboards, and data modelling
• Strong analytical capability including trend, variance, and root cause analysis
• Experience producing accurate performance reporting with actionable insights
• Knowledge of contact centre or dialler operations, including campaign/list setup (highly regarded)
• Ability to create executive-ready packs and support project coordination
