About the Role:
As a Business Specialist, you will be working one of our logistical partners and your role will be to reconnect with long-term business partners and new customers alike! Making outbound calls, you will be speaking with our exisiting customer base t understand their logistical needs and providing tailored solutions to benefit their business. As well as that, you will also be calling our customer base to advise of updates and changes in their delieveies and services, doing check-ins and general communications that may affect their package with our couriers.
This role offers you the ability to build strong connections with your customers, ensuring they are provided with the highest level of customer experience as you support them with their journey. To support your competency in this role, your leaders will provide you with regular coaching ensuring you are set up for success!

- Set Roster: Avalibilty to work Monday - Friday between 8:45 AM - 5:21 PM
