As a Contact Centre Agent, you will provide high quality, accurate and efficient service to patients, in a professional, caring and friendly manner. You will support patients with questions about their upcoming appointments and ensure they have all the information they require as part of their medical journey.  

 

What you need to know:  

  • Answer inbound phone calls for general enquiries for pre/ post appointment details, as well as assiting with bookings for a range of different scans (X-rays, MRI, CT, etc) 

  • Start with a three-week training in office before moving to a hybrid working model 

  • Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM, no weekends! 

  • Opportunity to earn a monthly incentive based on your performance! 

  • Based out of our office in Docklands
