About the Role 

 

As a Casual Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for the public, assisting with inbound calls and enquiries related to an important government survey. Your role will be vital in delivering accurate information and a positive customer experience.

Contract Duration: Mid-July to mid-October 2026 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Handle inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government project  

  • Assist customers with survey-related enquiries  

  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information  

  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction

Key Details

 

  • Start Dates: Mid-July to early August 2026 

  • Pay: $34.79 + Superannuation + Penalty Rates on weekend shifts

  • Location: 31 Troode St, West Perth -100% office-based  

  • Roster: Tell us your availability — we provide offer working hours within the operating hours listed below: 

    

    - Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM 

    - Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • This requires you to a minimum of 18 years old to apply
