As part of our Services Australia Tier 1 Digital Support team, you'll help customers access information, navigate digital and self-service channels, and find the support they need.

Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day a little easier.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll train you.

What we are looking for is someone who can listen, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and genuinely wants to help.

 

What you'll be doing

Your day will involve:

  • Handling inbound calls and customer interactions
  • Helping customers with their enquiries and finding the right solutions
  • Supporting customers to navigate digital and self-service channels
  • Using multiple computer systems to access information and accurately record customer interactions
  • Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
  • Explaining information clearly and confidently
  • Managing challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Working as part of a supportive team to achieve customer service and performance goals

 

You don't need to have contact centre experience

You could be a great fit if you've worked in:

  • Any role where you've regularly helped and communicated with customers

Important requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Be based in Perth
  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be available to work full-time
  • Be able to work on-site at our Perth office on Troode Street
