What You Need to Know About Your New Role
- Training: Receive paid training in a supportive environment.
- Helping Customers: Use self-service portals to help you and your customer resolve their enquiry
- Building Connections: Make every customer feel valued and heard with genuine connections
- Customer Care: Deliver top-notch service in every interaction, leaving customers happy and satisfied.
- Start Dates: Multiple start dates over the next few months
- Roster: Work a rotating roster, between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday.
- Location: 100% in office role at 31 Troode St, West Perth
- Roster: Part-time roster working 4 days per week, with Mondays and Tuesday being fixed rostered days to make up 30 hours
