Right now, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our Tier 1 Digital Support team for a 6-month contract role representing Services Australia. 

 

💡 What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Answering inbound customer enquiries
  • Helping people use online self-service tools
  • Providing clear, friendly support with empathy and confidence
  • Working full-time hours (on a 6-month contract) from our West Perth office

✅ About You: 

  • Based in Perth and available for a 6-month full-time contract 
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and 18+ years of age  
  • Available Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm   
  • Tech-savvy and confident on a computer
  • Friendly, confident communicator who can listen, empathize, and connect
  • Motivated, curious, and ready to learn
  • Resilient and up for a challenge
