What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from small business owners, representing Telstra and promoting a wide range of its products and services.
  • Providing tailored advice that meets each customer’s needs.
  • Using empathetic and effective communication to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Confidently handling and de-escalating customer concerns.
  • Adapting your schedule to be available when customers need us most.

 

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills – listening, empathising, and engaging with ease.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
  • Drive and motivation to push yourself and celebrate your wins.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and implement feedback.

  • Full availability Monday to Friday between 6 am and 5 pm (5 am to 4 pm daylight saving).
