This is a hands-on and strategic role that combines your expertise in health, safety, and people experience. You’ll partner with leaders to embed safety and wellbeing initiatives into everyday operations, ensuring that TSA’s people continue to build safety awareness and equally contribute to a safe and positive work place.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Partner with business leaders to deliver proactive health and safety initiatives that support business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of WHS frameworks, policies, and systems across multiple geographies.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and influence strategic decision-making.
• Champion mental health and wellbeing initiatives, fostering a culture of care and accountability.
• Support the ongoing evolution of TSA’s People Health & Safety systems and reporting processes.

What you’ll bring

• Tertiary qualification in WHS, HR, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar HSE or WHS advisory/business partner role.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing frameworks, ideally across diverse and fast-paced operational environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the business.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset — you thrive on solving problems and helping others succeed.
