Job Responsibilities
What will your normal day look like:
- Answer inbound calls from small business owners, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
- Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
- Use effective commincation skills to empathize with and understand customers
- Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances
- be flexible with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us
