TSA Group is looking for a Strategy & Solutions Manager to join our high-impact internal Strategy and Solutions team. In this role, you’ll work directly with internal stakeholders, client partners and operational leaders to drive strategic growth, win new business and bring innovative customer experience solutions to life.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and tenders, synthesizing SME input into compelling proposals
  • Develop pricing frameworks and commercial models with the Commercial team
  • Support delivery of TSA’s quarterly strategic initiatives
  • Build business cases, perform analysis and provide insights to influence executive decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects moving
  • Provide strategic advisory support to operational leaders on client accounts
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging service offerings (AI, advisory services)
  • Create client-facing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content

 

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years in management consulting, strategy or internal consulting
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and business case capability
  • Exceptional writing skills - this role requires someone who loves written deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • High EQ and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Bonus points for experience in CX, BPO, commercial modelling or digital/AI transformation
