About the Role
As a VGA (Volkswagen Group Australia) Service Consultant, you'll be a vital member of our specialist team, managing complex customer cases with a focus on fast, fair, and empathetic resolution. Working across multiple stakeholder groups, including internal departments and external clients, you’ll ensure every interaction represents the highest standard of professionalism.
You'll become an expert in VGA’s processes and regulatory requirements, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador throughout the customer journey. This role is best suited to someone who is resilient, proactive, tech-savvy, and driven by a genuine desire to help others.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage complex and sensitive customer cases end-to-end using established processes

Deliver empathetic, tailored service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Collaborate with internal teams, external dealers, and stakeholders to resolve issues

Maintain accurate, compliant documentation across all case interactions

Promote VGA products and keep up-to-date with new offerings and updates

Identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to a high-performing team culture

Ensure adherence to legal, quality, compliance, and risk management frameworks
