About the Role
As a VGA (Volkswagen Group Australia) Customer Service Consultant, you'll be a vital member of our specialist team, managing complex customer cases with a focus on fast, fair, and empathetic resolution. You’ll work with customers, dealerships, and internal teams to find fair, practical solutions and ensure every interaction reflects the quality expected of a premium automotive brand.
You'll become an expert in VGA’s processes and regulatory requirements, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador throughout the customer journey. This role is best suited to someone resilient, proactive, tech-savvy, and driven by a genuine desire to help others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer enquiries and cases from start to finish
- Listen, understand, and provide clear, empathetic support
- Work with dealerships and internal teams to resolve issues
- Keep accurate records of all details
- Stay up to date with products, processes, and updates
- Spot trends and suggest improvements
